Heather V Cude, an attorney with Fleming, Yatooma & Borowicz, specializes in cannabis regulation and business transactional law, working with cannabis industry entrepreneurs on entity formation, licensing and applications. Prior to joining Fleming, Yatooma & Borowicz, Ms. Cude litigated motor vehicle first- and third-party, bodily injury, and uninsured and underinsured motorist claims from both the individual Plaintiff and insurance Defense sides.
Ms. Cude earned bachelor’s degrees in Business and Marketing from Grand Valley State University and graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School where she was the recipient of the Lewis Rockwell and Norman Leemon Endowed Scholarships and the Stephen R. Levine Memorial Endowed Scholarship. While in law school, she interned for the Hon. Gerald E. Rosen, former Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and at the Wayne County Corporation Counsel.
Ms. Cude is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western District of Michigan.
