Gavin Fleming is an experienced and nationally recognized trial lawyer. Representing large and small clients in business, commercial, professional liability, and securities disputes, Gavin litigates across the country and is sought out by top litigators to collaborate on complex matters. Gavin has achieved significant success for clients, including a recent collaborative, multi-million-dollar judgment on the plaintiff’s side and many successful resolutions of high dollar disputes on the defense side. Gavin also specializes in all aspects of matrimonial law and advises clients in divorce cases, pre and post judgment, custody disputes, parenting time disputes, and guardianship matters.
Most recently, Gavin worked with a high-profile Michigan litigator and assisted in obtaining one of the largest professional liability judgments in the history of the State of Michigan. Gavin has also spent significant time over the past couple of years working on Appellate matters and regularly argues before the Michigan Court of Appeals.
Gavin enjoys writing and speaking about legal issues and has been published in various local and national publications. He often volunteers to judge the University of Michigan Law School’s Moot Court Competition, high school mock trial competitions, and other law school moot court contests.
Gavin resides in Oakland County with his wife Emily and his four children. When he is not working, Gavin enjoys running, watching his children’s activities, and playing music.
